The paper analyzes the problems existing in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services of family doctors from two aspects of quality and efficiency, expounds the functions and advantages of smart family doctor APP, proposes strategies for improving the TCM services through smart family doctor APP, including that governments, communities and other primary-level medical and health institutions should support and promote the application and promotion of smart family doctor APP to improve the quality and efficiency of primary-level TCM services provided by family doctors.
