The paper expounds the method and process of building syndrome differentiation knowledge graph of diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), including the aspects of knowledge carding, knowledge graph structure model building, named entity acquisition, relationship extraction, graph representation and visualization, realizes the web service of knowledge graph of diagnostics of TCM, carries out exploration and preliminary practice on the intelligent assisted syndrome differentiation of TCM by using the knowledge graph technology.
