The paper proposes the hospital guide framework based on intelligent signal analysis. The disease that patient describes is queried and annotated by natural language through Named Entity Recognition (NER), and the disease query data of users is converted into matrix expression by word embedding method. The Artificial Intelligence (AI) hospital guide model is used to obtain the diagnosis results. It is verified that this method has a high accuracy for online medical referral.
