Taking Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University as an example, the paper introduces the information operation and maintenance mode of "support three hospitals and one headquarter" from the aspects of hardware deployment, software transformation, network layout, operation and maintenance, etc., so as to provide references for the informatization building of epidemic prevention and control in hospitals.
