The paper analyzes the development status of medical Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the United States from the aspects of development policy and strategy, technology and application situation, ethics and safety, and puts forward suggestions for the development of medical AI in China, including the aspects of strengthening basic scientific research, attaching importance to talent training, strengthening industry standard construction and building public platform, etc.
