Based on the survey data of the informatization building of 487 tertiary hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)in China, the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the informatization talent troop building of tertiary hospitals of TCM, puts forward suggestions on the development of informatization talents in hospitals of TCM, including strengthening the building of information management department, optimizing the allocation of professional talents, attaching importance to the cultivation of informatization talents, and enhancing the ability of scientific research and innovation.
