The paper analyzes the limitations of traditional health management in China and the study situation of disease risk prediction model, proposes to builds the disease early warning module in the big data health management platform based on the disease risk prediction model, expounds the method of module building, including disease risk prediction model selection, data acquisition and storage, realization of disease early warning module and design of the platform system.
