The paper introduces the development trend of smart hospital library, expounds the development opportunities, challenges and problems faced by smart hospital library, and puts forward some suggestions, including making use of a new round of space transformation opportunity to promote the building of information network of hospital library; ensuring funding sourceshospital library, doing a good job in the building of characteristic collection resources; accelerating the introduction of interdisciplinary talents, cultivating subject librarians suitable for clinical scientific research.
