Co-occurrence network analysis is carried out on the study situation in the field of smart medical from three aspects of the author, institution and keyword, the paper expounds the study status and hotspots, points out that smart medical study is in the primary stage of development in China, the government should strengthen macro policy guidance, formulate relevant norms, promote medical information sharing, increase research and development and investment in key technologies such as big data, cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), etc., and do a good job in medical information security and privacy protection.
