The paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of Internet hospitals in China, discusses the development strategies of Internet hospitals from the perspective of meeting the needs of patients by using the 4C theoretical model, so as to improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment service of Internet hospitals, improve patients' medical treatment experience, and promote the building and development of Internet hospitals.
