Based on the objective data, the information adoption model is applied to analyze the influencing factors of evaluation of the usefulness of Online Health Community (OHC) information. The results show that the text length and credibility of respondents positively affect the evaluation of the usefulness of OHC information, the timeliness of information negatively affect the evaluation of the usefulness of OHC information, and the relationship between the information quality and the evaluation of the usefulness of OHC information is positively moderated by external incentives.
