With the method of questionnaire survey, a Structural Equation Model (SEM) is built to analyze the influencing factors and paths of nursing staff's privacy protection behavior in the application of patients′ Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and suggestions are put forward, including improving the relationship between perceived vulnerability and behavioral attitudes, enhancing nursing staff's awareness of the severity of the consequences of privacy breach, etc.
