Taking Library of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine as an example, the paper introduces the service mode and content of literature resources, expounds the digital resource guarantee service measures during the COVID-19 epidemic, and puts forward relevant suggestions, including the combination of multiple platforms to ensure access to remote resources, encourage and standardize publishers' resource opening and public service, innovate and develop online education, and improve service promotion.
