The paper proposes to build the Online to Offline (O2O) system of information literacy education in medical universities and colleges in the context of mobile learning from three aspects, namely, entrance education for freshmen, the teaching of literature retrieval course and special lecture training. It elaborates specific implementation strategies, including integrating resources, establishing the service platform, paying attention to user experience and strengthening publicity.
