The development situation of online health information service is introduced, and the influencing factors of online health information service usage, acceptance degree and medication compliance of patients with hypertension are investigated and analyzed by using the methods of questionnaire survey, single factor analysis, Structural Equation Model (SEM) and others, puts forward relevant suggestions, including improving the health literacy of patients, cultivating good health information search behavior, strengthening the publicity of online health service platform, etc.
