Based on the personal information processing practice of pubilc health emergency epidemic prevention and control, the paper analyzes the current situation and practice trend of personal information protection system related to public health emergency prevention and control in China. The study finds that personal information protection measures under public health emergencies have been formed in China based on existing laws and regulations, ministerial regulations and standard guidelines. However, it still needs to be improved from the aspects of system, regulation content, control right of information subject, etc.
