The paper expounds the method and process of classifying the functions of WeChat official account service platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospital based on the card sorting, analyzes the related problems in the functional classification of WeChat service account of TCM hospital and puts forward suggestions, so as to provide ideas for the information structure design of WeChat official account service platform of TCM hospital.
