The paper analyzes the needs of various parties for the health information standard services, expounds the design of the health information standard service platform from the aspects of the target, application architecture, data organization, specific functions, etc., puts forward some suggestions, including perfecting the system of health information identification and classification code, establishing an open platform for making and revising health information standards, strengthening the basic education of health information standards, etc.
