The paper studies the effect evaluation of the reader training in libraries of medical universities and colleges and the changes of readers′ behavior before and after the training by using the method of questionnaire survey, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the reader training service in libraries of medical universities and colleges, and puts forward some suggestions, including enriching training contents, improving the professional skills of training personnel, etc.
