The paper introduces the present situation of "Artificial Intelligence (AI) + medicine" interdisciplinary talents training, analyzes difficulties in training and puts forward the corresponding training strategies, including strengthening the "AI+medicine" course design and construction, establishing the examination and evaluation system, attaching importance to the building of teaching staff, building the "university-hospital-enterprise" joint training mode, and strengthening intercollegiate and international exchanges.
