CiteSpace visualization software and bibliometric method are used to analyze the study hotspots and development trends of medical information education in China, and the improvement strategies are proposed, including actively building an online education platform for medical information, promoting the reform of the curriculum system and the educational mode of medical colleges and departments, strengthening the application of medical data, etc.
