Taking Tongji Hospital as an example, the paper analyzes the challenges faced by the hospital informatization building in public health emergencies, elaborates the renovation plan of the information system for public health emergencies, including the design of the infrastructure layer, functional support layer, integrated application layer, etc., and introduces the effect of renovation.
