The paper expounds the design and development of the intelligent rescue platform based on Virtual Reality (VR) technology from the aspects of design ideas, functional modules, etc., introduces the application effect and innovativeness of the platform, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward relevant countermeasures, so as to provide references for strengthening the social first-aid system and capacity building in China.
