The paper introduces the study status of online medical reviews in China, analyzes the influencing factors of patients′ satisfaction based on the online reviews of Jiangsu Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and puts forward some suggestions, including deepening services by sticking to the user-centered approach, enhancing doctors' satisfaction and sense of belonging, establishing a good image of the hospital and medical staff, etc.
