The paper introduces the resource promotion mode of smart library and the technology of WeChat applet, expounds the function analysis and code design of the information resource service promotion system of WeChat applet of smart library in detail, analyzes the application value of the system, and points out that its application is helpful to improve readers′ utilization rate of library information resources and promote the construction of library information resources.
