By analyzing the problems existing in the operation mode of human Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) in hospitals, the paper discusses the optimization of human organ donation and transplantation workflow. An information management platform integrating organ donation, ethical review, transplantation and follow-up, human resource management, quality control and other functions is built. It introduces the functions and application effect of the platform, so as to bring positive influence to human organ donation and transplantation.
