The paper introduces the study progress of data value evaluation, builds the index system of healthcare data value evaluation through Delphi consulting method and analytic hierarchy process, expounds the design method, procedure, application and significance of the index system and the scientific nature of the study method, and points out that the index system lays a foundation for identifying and evaluating the value of healthcare data, and helps promote the process of opening high-value healthcare data.
