以社会技术系统理论和信任过程模型为基础,建立在线健康社区中患者对医生不信任过程模型,对模型进行实证研究,分析在线健康社区中患者对医生产生不信任的影响因素并提出相应建议。

Abstract:

Based on the socio-technical system theory and the trust process model, a process model of patients’ distrust of doctors in online health community is built, and the model is empirically studied. The factors influencing patients’ distrust of doctors in online health community are analyzed, and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
