The paper introduces the development status of Internet health consultation system, expounds the architecture and key functions of Internet health consultation system based on the intelligent guidance combining with the practice of Shanghai Chest Hospital, empirically analyzes the application effect of the system, and points out that the system is helpful to improve the convenience of Internet healthcare and improve patients’ satisfaction.
