The paper combs and summarizes the experience of emergency information management concluded in three typical countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan, from the aspects of laws and regulations involved in information management, emergency information management institutions, management mechanisms and management systems, in order to provide references for the development and improvement of emergency information management system in China.
