The comprehensive ability analysis model of department is built based on the data of patients in hospital. The paper expounds the data processing and analysis methods and the building path of the model, analyzes the results horizontally and vertically, puts forward the department development strategy and case analysis, and provides references for hospital managers to formulate the optimal development strategy.
