The paper analyzes the background and needs of maternal health services, expounds the technical scheme, application effect and design innovation of the smart maternal health service system based on the personal information of pregnant women to construct user health portraits, points out that the application of this system is helpful to improve the service level of maternal health management and puts forward some problems and prospects.
