The paper introduces the advantages of library information service based on WeChat group, taking the practice of information consultation service based on WeChat group in Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine as an example,it analyzes the utilization degree and satisfaction degree of user information services, and puts forward suggestions, including strengthening publicity to attract potential users, locking user preferences to achieve accurate push, etc.
