The paper introduces the influence of “Internet +” on university education and teaching, analyzes the problems existing in the information technology ability of medical teachers in universities and colleges in the era of “Internet +”, expounds the development path of teachers’ information technology ability with “idea-management-knowledge-training-evaluation” as the main line, and provides references for related study.
