Based on the analysis of talent demand and the comparison of core competency models of health information talents, the cultivation path of compound health information talents in China under the background of digital transformation is proposed, including establishing standardized and clear occupational classification and development path, establishing a hierarchical training target system, establishing a curriculum system oriented to diversified training objects, etc.
