Taking the multi omics data analysis scenario as an example, the localization construction scheme of big data research platform for medical institutions based on autonomous and controllable technology is elaborated from three aspects of basic hardware facilities, basic software and application system, so as to accumulate experience for the construction of biomedical data research platform and provide references for domestic medical research institutions.
