The paper expounds the approaches and methods to construct the influencing factor model of privacy disclosure behavior of young and middle-aged users in online health community by using semi-structured interview method and grounded theory method, analyzes the results, and puts forward suggestions, including improving information and service quality, perfecting users’ reward mechanism, strengthening privacy protection, etc.
