Through questionnaire survey and other methods, the present situation of knowledge hiding among medical students is understood and the influencing factors of knowledge hiding behavior are analyzed. The relationship among interpersonal trust, class atmosphere and knowledge hiding is expounded, and the knowledge hiding behavior of medical students can be improved by improving class atmosphere and interpersonal trust level is pointed out.
