The paper elaborates the concrete construction of community elderly hearing health management platform, including content construction, blockchain technology application, management process and so on, and introduces the operation effect and advantages of the platform, so as to provide references for the continuous and dynamic prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of Age Related Hearing Loss(ARHL).
