Based on the practice of Internet diagnosis and treatment service in Peking University Cancer Hospital, Kano model is used to analyze online patients’ demand for online diagnosis and treatment service by questionnaire survey. It is pointed out that hospital managers could optimize existing services, improve the quality of online diagnosis and treatment service, and improve patients’ medical experience.
