The paper introduces the characteristics and applications of Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). Based on TAM and questionnaire survey method,it analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of nurses’ satisfaction with using Hospital Information System(HIS) in new hospital, and puts forward that nursing administrators should take targeted measures to improve the satisfaction of nurses using HIS according to the different characteristics of nurses.
