The paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of “medical informatics” course, expounds the teaching mode, design and practice application, teaching evaluation and effect of flipped classroom integrating Problem-Based Learning (PBL), and points out that the teaching mode is helpful to mobilize the students’ subjective initiative and cultivate their independent learning ability, especially for the students with intermediate or lower grades.
