The paper reviews the empirical researches on patients’ intention to use hospital intelligent services in recent five years at home and abroad, emphatically analyzes the selection and integration of theoretical models, variable setting and expansion, and research methodology, so as to provide references for better explanation of users’ usage intention in this field in the future.
