Taking the WeChat public platforms of class A tertiary comprehensive hospitals as the study object, the paper applies the “5W” information communication model and the ecological model of health communication to analyze the factors influencing the reading quantity of health information on WeChat public platforms of hospitals, and puts forward suggestions, including improving the quality of medical service, improving the quality of tweets, deepening the service functions of the platforms, etc.
