The paper introduces the application status of blockchain technology in the medical field, expounds the construction method, structure and functions of the whole process management application model of medical electronic bill based on blockchain technology, and points out that its application can greatly save the management cost of medical institutions, enhance the real-time supervision ability of financial departments, and simplify the process of patients’ medical treatment and reimbursement.
