The paper introduces the status quo of intelligent consultation service in library, combined with the practice of online reference consultation in library of Capital Medical University, it analyzes the implementation situation and future development trend of intelligent consultation service in libraries of medical universities and colleges through network research method, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
