Based on the patients’ self-service printing data of Electronic Medical Records(EMR)of outpatient and emergency department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, the self-service printing rate of EMR of different groups is statistically analyzed. The results show that the patients’ self-service printing of EMR is affected by age, outpatient and emergency treatment types, patients’ current residence, medical insurance costs and other factors. The optimization path of outpatient and emergency service process is discussed.
