The visualization tools are used to analyze the external characteristics of online health information behavior at home and abroad, including the trend of number of published papers, the distribution of nationalcountries, institutions and authors. The research hotspots and frontiers of online health information behavior at home and abroad are elaborated in detail, and the prospects are put forward, so as to provide references for improving the capacity of health information service in China.
