The paper introduces the research status of chronic disease management system based on diabetes, the connotation of blockchain, and the development of intelligent blockchain platform, proposes the construction of blockchain-based platform to manage and share medical data, expounds the platform construction method, application and exploration, and analyzes the advantages and limitations of the platform.
