Based on the analysis of the development status and existing problems of domestic Internet hospitals, the paper constructs the strategic triangle model of Internet hospitals by using the public value theory, discusses the development of Internet hospitals in China, and puts forward suggestions to promote the development of Internet hospitals from the perspective of strategy, system,standard, etc.
